Coordinate the deployment of Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives within Workforce Safety & Health (WSH) for the Downstream Midstream & Chemicals (DM&C) segment. Ensure alignment with Chevron OE standards facilitate implementation of safety programs and collaborate with HSE and operations teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement in workforce health and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate OE deployment activities for WSH programs and tools across DM&C assets.

  • Develop and maintain deployment plans define and track deployment milestones prepare progress reports and recommend improvements.

  • Review and standardize HSE materials to meet OE deployment requirements for the DM&C segment.

  • Collaborate with segment leaders HSE teams and functional groups to identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure alignment during deployments.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to assets on workforce safety and health processes.

  • Analyze safety and assurance data and trends to identify areas of improvement.

  • Support initiatives to optimize workflows reduce incidents and enhance workforce health and safety culture.

  • Coordinate feedback from the assets and regions within the DM&C segment to feed prioritization of systemic opportunities to be addressed.

  • Ensure adherence to Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) requirements and regulatory safety standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Safety Management or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in HSE or deployment coordination within oil & gas operations.

  • Knowledge of workforce safety and health programs safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong communication coordination and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for interpreting WSH and regulatory data.

  • Familiarity with DM&C processes and operations.

  • Proficiency in digital tools for OE tracking and reporting (e.g. PowerBI OE dashboards).

  • Strong collaboration and mentoring skills within HSE and operational teams.

  • Experience with change management is preferred.

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
