Job Summary

Role Overview

The Corporate Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees and leadership. This role ensures cost-effective compliant and seamless travel experiences while maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international corporate travel including flights hotels ground transportation and visa arrangements.

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings in line with company travel policies and budgets.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel-related queries changes and emergencies.

  • Liaise with travel agencies airlines hotels and other vendors to secure preferred rates and service levels.

  • Monitor travel itineraries to ensure accuracy compliance and timely updates.

  • Handle last-minute changes cancellations and travel disruptions efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate travel records reports and expense documentation.

  • Support expense reconciliation and ensure adherence to corporate travel policies.

  • Analyze travel data and spend patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with HR Finance and Admin teams to support business travel requirements.


Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

Any Bachelor or Masters degree preferable in Travel & Tourism 

Experience :

At least5  8  years of experience in travel and expensewould be good 

Mandatory/requires Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Coordinator Travel Executive or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of corporate travel policies procedures and compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with travel booking systems and corporate travel management tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience managing travel for senior leadership or large corporate teams.

  • Knowledge of visa processing and international travel regulations.

  • Cost optimization and vendor negotiation experience.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
