Role Overview
The Corporate Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees and leadership. This role ensures cost-effective compliant and seamless travel experiences while maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international corporate travel including flights hotels ground transportation and visa arrangements.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings in line with company travel policies and budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel-related queries changes and emergencies.
Liaise with travel agencies airlines hotels and other vendors to secure preferred rates and service levels.
Monitor travel itineraries to ensure accuracy compliance and timely updates.
Handle last-minute changes cancellations and travel disruptions efficiently.
Maintain accurate travel records reports and expense documentation.
Support expense reconciliation and ensure adherence to corporate travel policies.
Analyze travel data and spend patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with HR Finance and Admin teams to support business travel requirements.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Any Bachelor or Masters degree preferable in Travel & Tourism
Experience :
At least5 8 years of experience in travel and expensewould be good
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Coordinator Travel Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of corporate travel policies procedures and compliance.
Hands-on experience with travel booking systems and corporate travel management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
Experience managing travel for senior leadership or large corporate teams.
Knowledge of visa processing and international travel regulations.
Cost optimization and vendor negotiation experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
