6. Your Role as the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
As a part-time COTA you will support residents in improving independence safety and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
Implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Delivering skilled interventions focused on ADLs functional mobility and engagement
Supporting residents across the continuum of care
Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
