Job Description:
Responsibilities include general clerical and administrative duties in support of all Valle del Sol lines of service. Answers inbound calls from new and established customers for appointments external providers and partners and assists all callers who have particular inquiries or questions. Handles incoming referrals from external customers by phone e-mail or fax when needed. This position will be responsible for training all new staff who work in the Call Center completing audits of employees being supervised standardization of workflows assist with all coverage in times of need when staff calls out and evaluating call center staff on supervisor portal on five9 by listening to calls completing agent evaluations.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old; AND
- High school diploma/GED or a Medical Assistant Diploma.
- Must be able to execute conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong verbal written and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows environment and/or Electronic Health Records Systems.
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation a valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
- Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).
