Job Summary

Job Description:

In this role you will manage end-to-end testing activities for complex CC&B applications. You will be responsible for defining test strategies leading a team of testers and ensuring high-quality deliverables that comply with utility industry regulations. This includes specific validation of CC&B EDI APIs and geospatial map layers.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional integration regression and UAT cycles.
Oracle CC&B Expertise: Lead testing for CC&B projects with a specific focus on Oracle Customer Care and Billing and CC&B EDI.
Technical Validation: Validate APIs services and map layers through both manual and automated test cases.
Defect Management: Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA or HP ALM performing root cause analysis and defect triaging.
Team Leadership: Mentor onsite and offshore testing teams ensuring effective collaboration and timely execution of test cycles.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with developers BAs and third-party vendors to align testing with business expectations and project SLAs.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

Core Platform: Mandatory experience with Oracle CC&B and Utilities domain.
Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in CC&B EDI and experience with spatial/geospatial data validation.
Testing Tools: Strong experience with JIRA HP ALM and exposure to test automation (specifically Tosca or Selenium).
Reporting: Ability to provide clear test progress reports key metrics and risk mitigation strategies to leadership.

Desired Soft Skills:

Leadership: Proven ability to manage resource allocation and testing timelines for large-scale projects.
Communication: Excellent reporting capabilities for stakeholder engagement and client sign-offs.
