As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Sunnyvale CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a professional aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings restricted areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site protocols reporting suspicious behavior policy violations and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports maintaining awareness of changing site conditions and following post orders for security-related duties across varying environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD TS-SCI Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
