Overview
We are seeking a Security Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of security frameworks across large-scale distributed infrastructure environments.
This role focuses on securing modern compute platforms that support data-intensive and high-performance workloads. You will work across the full security lifecycledefining requirements shaping architecture supporting validation efforts and guiding operational best practicesensuring platforms are secure scalable and aligned with evolving compliance expectations.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of infrastructure security identity architecture and secure software delivery practices with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Security Architecture & Design
Design end-to-end security architectures across compute storage networking and orchestration layers
Define secure access models including identity federation role-based access and policy enforcement
Establish architectural patterns for workload isolation encryption and network segmentation
Identity & Access Management
Define and implement identity strategies including authentication authorization and lifecycle management
Support integration with directory services and identity providers
Establish controls for privileged access secrets management and secure identity operations
Platform & Workload Security
Provide guidance on securing containerized and orchestrated environments
Define policies and controls for multi-tenant environments and workload isolation
Support implementation of security controls across infrastructure and platform layers
DevSecOps & Automation
Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines to enable early detection and remediation of risks
Promote secure development practices across application and infrastructure delivery workflows
Build automation to enforce secure configurations and deployment standards
Customer Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on security architecture and best practices
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable security solutions
Support validation efforts including proof-of-concept activities and design reviews
Governance Risk & Compliance
Align security architectures with industry standards and compliance frameworks
Define approaches for audit readiness policy enforcement and continuous monitoring
Conduct reviews and recommend improvements to strengthen security posture
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with engineering platform and product teams to embed security into system design
Contribute to reusable architecture patterns reference designs and best practices
Stay current with emerging security trends tools and methodologies
Required Experience
Experience in security architecture IAM or infrastructure security within large-scale or distributed environments
Strong expertise in identity and access management concepts (authentication authorization federation)
Experience securing modern infrastructure platforms including containerized or orchestrated environments
Familiarity with application and infrastructure security practices within CI/CD workflows
Experience with automation tools or scripting for infrastructure and security operations
Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g. NIST ISO SOC)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
Experience designing security models for multi-tenant or shared infrastructure environments
Familiarity with secrets management privileged access controls or identity lifecycle processes
Exposure to observability or monitoring tools for security and system visibility
Experience supporting high-performance data-intensive or distributed workloads
Contributions to security infrastructure or open-source communities
Relevant certifications in security or cloud platforms
