Job Summary
LK Jordan is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC press brake machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Select proper tooling dies and punches
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 years of press brake experience (CNC preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Knowledge of metal forming and materials
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Plus:
- Experience with Amada Bystronic Trumpf Cincinnati or similar
- Forklift certification
- Plate/angle rolling experience
