Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction and industrial segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors construction companies and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Manage and support IC dealer partners:
    • Strategy and sales execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth achieve targets and increase market share.
    • Dealer management: Serve as the main point of contact for dealers building long-term relationships and developing mutually beneficial plans.
    • Operations and logistics: Oversee operational aspects such as inventory management transportation warehousing and order fulfillment to ensure efficiency and product availability.
    • Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales targeted end user reach and execution to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Budget and profit management: Ensure financial objectives including collections and profit goals are met for the assigned dealer partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product management marketing logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals quotations and contracts tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets preferably with power tools or related products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
