Job Summary

Working closely with the Bodyshop team and an existing team of dynamic individuals the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:

Carrying out the required diagnostic surveys as well as repairs on motorbikes.
Ensuring that company and manufacturer operating policies are always followed.
Being fully conversant with manufacturer technical publications and bulletins maintaining them in an organised manner and referring to resource information when required.
Making full use of manufacturer training and available technical information and being fully familiar with the use of all workshop equipment.
Promoting and enforcing safe work habits and housekeeping procedures to maintain a safe and clean workshop environment.
Continually seeking ways to improve job performance and enhance personal development.
Standing in for higher grades if and when required by the Company.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should:

have proven experience in motorcycle bodywork panel repairs and finishing.
possess strong technical and diagnostic skills related to motorcycle repairs.
be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
be organised and able to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
have a strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship excellence.
have a good command of the English language.
experience in intricate and specialised welding will be considered an asset.

Applicants must be in possession of a clean driving licence.
