As a Certification Specialist you are responsible for the implementation of new business as well as the maintenance process for product certificates within the Informed programme. Your typical day may include:
- Supporting Account Managers to onboard new customers and certifications.
- Tracking and updating certification records ensuring all documentation and deadlines are met.
- Maintaining CRM data and internal tracking systems accurately.
- Acting as a point of contact for routine customer queries escalating issues where necessary.
- Supporting audits and internal checks with documentation and record-keeping.
Qualifications :
You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and relevant experience:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with different teams and following established processes.
- Interest in food supplement safety or certification (experience is a bonus not essential).
- Enthusiasm for learning and building your career in quality and compliance.
