OVERVIEW
ThepositionoftheProjectCoordinatorisresponsibleformanagingandcoordinatingthecompletionofalllocalizationprojects.
DESCRIPTION
Managetheentirelife-cycleoflocalizationprojectsinafast-pacedenvironment
Coordinatealltheprojectphasesandefficientlypredictthelifespanofallthestagesoftheproject
Willberesponsibleforallcommunication(emailandcalls)withdifferentdepartmentsinvolved(mediatranslationsaccountmanagers/saleslocalizationPMslocatedgloballyetc.)
WillberesponsibleforprovidingtimelyupdatestothePM/clientondeliveriesandschedulesandworkcloselywiththeengineeringmanagerandproductionmanager
LiaisewithdifferentproductioncentersandPMstoclarifyprojectparameters
Negotiatedeadlinesandrates(withvendors)withProjectmanagers
Establishandmaintainexcellentrelationshipswithvendorsandsales/productionPMsglobally
Monitorandcontrolprojectsstatus
Manageprojectfinancesincludingbudgeting
Prepareandmaintainprojectdocumentation
Complywithrelevantandapplicableprocedures
Performqualitychecksatvariousstagesofprocesstoensurequalityandaccuracy(proofreadingfinaleye)
DeliveringfinaldeliverablesandorganizingQAfeedback/inputsatallstagesoftheproject
Allothertasksasassignedbyamanager

REQUIREDSKILLS
ExcellentwrittenandverbalEnglishcommunicationskillsotherlanguageswouldbeanasset
Minimum1yearofprofessionalexperienceinasimilarpositionincorporateenvironment
