Job Summary:
Executive – Travel & Administration to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and provide administrative support. The role involves coordinating domestic and international travel vendor management and ensuring seamless travel operations for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights hotels visas transportation)
- Coordinate with travel agencies airlines and hotel vendors for cost-effective arrangements
- Plan itineraries based on business requirements
- Ensure travel documentation and compliance
- Provide administrative and coordination support to internal teams
- Handle last-minute travel changes and resolve issues
- Manage hotel reservations for internal and external guests
- Arrange logistics including airport transfers and local transportation
- Coordinate team lunches dinners and working meals
- Support HR/Admin activities as required

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and administrative tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
