Job Summary

The Opportunity

At Flywire were seeking a Marketing & Events Intern to support a growing portfolio of regional marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing events and partnership programs within the international education industry while working in a fast-paced global technology company specialising in payments and software for education.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager APAC Education you will support the execution of regional marketing campaigns industry events and partner initiatives across this role youll gain exposure to how Flywire engages with students universities and education agents to drive business growth.

This internship is for a 6-month period with some flexibility around the duration. We operate on a hybrid work model with at least three days in the office each week.

Were looking for students who are currently enrolled and eager to gain practical hands-on experience in marketing and events while learning from experts in global payments software solutions and the international education space.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of Flywires presence at industry conferences client events and marketing activations across the APAC region.
  • Assist with coordinating key event logistics including vendors venue requirements marketing materials and attendee experiences to ensure smooth and engaging events.
     
  • Contribute to post-event activities including performance reporting lead tracking and follow-up communications to maximise event impact and support sales engagement.

Partnership & Marketing Activity

  • Support the delivery of partnership marketing initiatives with education associations and strategic partners including coordinating webinars co-branded activations digital campaigns and other collaborative marketing activities.

Marketing Operations & Content

  • Support the coordination of content briefs and marketing assets
  • Help maintain marketing trackers and project documents
  • Help keep the broader team and relevant stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Qualifications :

  • Currently studying Marketing Communications Business or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in marketing events or the international education industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
