The Logistics Transformation Intern will provide logistics support to ensure smooth workflows and departmental coordination across logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering structural process and strategic changes. The Intern may work cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance Legal Product Operations and Analytics to implement high-impact projects that align with the companys strategic goals.
The role will focus on:
Administrative Coordination:
Logistics Project Ownership:
- Leading a specific streamlined projectsuch as a functional logistics new joiner onboarding guide to speed up the adaptation of new joiners
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilise project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor project performance analyse results and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency scalability and agility.
Process Documentation:
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or an AI workflow for simple recurring tasks to ensure consistency in work functional logistics is being handled
- Collaborate on the alignment of new processes and structures with business objectives.
Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for operational improvement and measure the success of transformation efforts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Background in Business & Management fields or related studies
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. (e.g. SQL Tableau Excel)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Competencies:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Resilient and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
