About the Role
We are seeking a high-potential analytically strong individual to join our team and drive high-impact global transformation across functions. Reporting directly to the acting Chief Financial Officer you will work closely with senior stakeholders and operating teams alike to radically streamline workflows and drive efficiencies.
You will combine financial rigor with AI-native ways of workingleveraging automation data and emerging tools to drive faster insights improve decision-making and execute with excellence across the business.
This role offers significant exposure across functions and is designed to prepare you for future leadership roles.
What Were Looking For
AI-Native Mindset (Core Requirement)
- You have hands-on experience building tools and workflows using LLMs (ChatGPT Claude Copilot Cursor Replit) in either a personal or professional capacity.
- To level-set
- When tasked with a novel problem statement (e.g. build a tool to automate contract reviews) you should be able to build a tool within 30 minutes that works 75% of the time.
- Hands-on experience is not querying ChatGPT like a search engine or beautifying slides with Nano Banana.
- You demonstrate the ability to automate workflows or significantly improve productivity (10x) using AI.
- You know when not to use AI can articulate why and are equally comfortable triaging and solving these non-AI problems.
Radically New Ways of Working
- You dive deep into first principles and are unafraid of challenging the status quo even against senior authority.
- Youre naturally inquisitive and skeptical; to you this is how weve always done it is shorthand for were not improving
- Youre self-motivated and want to be stretched are comfortable operating without clear assigned tasks and proactively seek difficult tasks to do even if theyre outside your domain of expertise.

Experience & Background
- Either 23 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role or 1-2 years experience as a generalist in early stage (pre-seed) AI-first startups.
- Fresh grads with solid foundational knowledge and proven fluency in AI will be considered equally favorably.
- Specific experience and domain of study is less important although we have found that candidates from technical / high numeracy backgrounds (e.g. computer science data analytics corporate finance) tend to do well.
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Comfort and experience with analytics tools point to data and technical literacy and would be a baseline requirement for this role.
- We look for demonstrable advanced spreadsheet skills familiarity with SQL Python BI tools and experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. APIs Zapier scripts)
What Success Looks Like
- You will drive transformative change first within the Finance and Corporate Services functions then subsequently across the organization.
- You will leverage AI to significantly improve speed quality and scalability of finance and strategy workflows
- You will be deployed to solve open-ended complex problems.
- Most of the time these problems will have no obvious solutions and significant tradeoffs.
- With time you will grow into a trusted partner to leadership and a high-potential successor for larger ownership roles
