The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) will play a key role in supporting both client and vendor relationships while
ensuring smooth delivery of services within the RealPage Sustainability team.
This position will play an important role in managing communications with clients and business partners handling
purchase orders invoicing and monthly audits of vendor bills. The SDC will also be responsible for preparing and
delivering Scope of Work (SOW) documents managing product catalog updates and maintaining all Sustainability
product specifications.
Success in this role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively demonstrate
adaptability in a changing environment and maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Communicating with Clients and utility providers for collaboration and research purposes.

rd party vendor relationship management with industry business partners.
Purchase order and invoice management including but not limited to vendor invoice approvals and
monthly audits of vendor bills.
Create edit and customize cope of Work (SOW) documents related to 3rd party professional services.
Coordinating monthly customer invoicing for SOW-based services.
Product catalog updates and ongoing maintenance of product specifications.
The candidate should maintain a positive and professional demeanor and be an independent thinker who
can balance the ability to work on their own along with being part of a team.
The ability to understand adapt to change is also critical
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors degree in engineering Sustainability Data Analytics
Business Finance Accounting or related field; 2 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong project/task management problem-solving analytical and vendor
management skills.
The candidate should have an advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel (macros pivot tables slicers
advanced functions etc.).
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential as this position will be interacting
with various departments within the company as well as interacting with clients and third-party vendors
via the phone cha and email.
Must be self-motivating hardworking analytical and proactive.
Working Conditions:
Work Hours: Office hours will follow standard US time zones. The US corporate headquarters of RealPage is open
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM central standard time (CST) US. The candidate is expected to be available for a standard
shift falling within those hours. RealPage provides nighttime differential pay in accordance with this schedule
