Job Title: Sr Coordinator Data Proc Spt/ Acting Capacity Team Leader
Job Description
Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Supervises Unisys associates in day-to-day operations
- Receives instructions from the PSA Outlet Supervisor and relays these to the team
- Provides weekly status reports to the Regional Operations Lead or Central Operations Lead
- Provides ad hoc reports as the need arises
- First point of escalation for issues
- Performs onsite KPI monitoring and reporting
- Manages inventory of consumables and common supplies
- Prepares Timesheets as input to payroll
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the ROL/COL for business needs
You will be successful in this role if you have:

- At least with high school diploma. Recent Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with 0 - 3 years experience in customer service and data entry.
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer operation skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
