Job Summary

The Challenge

Namdeb invites self-driven energetic individuals to be part of an alluvial mining operation that offer unique challenges for professionals. Candidates should be exceptional individuals with a high degree of motivation excellent communications skills and ability to work as part of a team to succeed in a challenging environment.

Qualifications :

The Ideal applicants should meet the following criteria

BSc in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering or Extractive Metallurgy.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Code 08/ B driver license (Manual Transmission).
Must be in possession of a valid Code of Conduct.
Familiarity with process flow diagrams and basic process design.
Basic understanding of diamond extraction.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational requirements on short notice.
Ability to interact with contractors and internal stakeholders.
Foster a culture of safe work practices and general safety awareness.
