As a Sales Associate youll play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the stages of the homebuying journey while gaining hands-on experience in new home sales.
What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate you will support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience.
- Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing partnering closely with the Sales Professional
- Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours home features and the stages of the homebuying journey
- Assist with contract preparation documentation and coordination of pre-construction loan and closing activities
- Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
- Monitor model homes inventory and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma Required Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive self-motivated and customer-focused mindset
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required)
