The Job:

As a RTR JR Lead youll be part of our RTR team working as a remote employee.

Youll get to:

• Accountable for the daily management of team activities including serving as the technical leader for assigned area of responsibility.
• Conduct regular meetings that include issue discussions.
• Resolve issues as appropriate and escalate issues further as needed.
• Ensure department systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies.
• Seek and recommend process improvements for departmental procedures.
• Participate in and actively support the integration of new businesses into Shared Services Center.
• Ensure to follow the Corporate Closing Calendar and all task deadlines are reached with accuracy and quality expected.
• Enforce and enhance internal control structure and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control objectives.
• Support Internal and External Audit requirements in a timely and accurate manner and internal Balance Sheet Reviews performed by Corporate Controllership and BU Controllership Teams.

• Bachelors Degree on Accounting with 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in lead role in a finance or accounting function is a plus
• Experience in ERP migration HFM and Black Line is a plus.
• Proficient in SBDs Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and processes including experience in the RTR processes (GL Accounting).
• Ability to multitask highly organized.
• Ability to drive the completion of critical tasks.
• Excellent problem identification and prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of some internal control activities and practices.
• Demonstrated penchant for continuous improvement of managerial skills.
• Goal oriented ability to reach tight deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate in English in a fluent manner.
• Knowledge/experience in US GAAP is a plus.
