Job Summary
Were Green by Nature a leading landscape and grounds maintenance provider across Australia and New Zealand. We create and maintain green spaces that bring people together and support community wellbeing.
Were looking for a HR Business Partner to join our collaborative People & Organisational Development (P&OD) team. This is a hands-on role working in partnership with Operations across QLD NT and WA supporting a large dispersed frontline workforce with a strong focus on performance case management and leader support.
In this role youll:
- Partner with operational leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals and drive performance accountability and workforce outcomes
- Coach and advise leaders on managing underperformance conduct issues and team dynamics
- Support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
- Provide expert advice on employee relations performance and compliance matters and manage complex cases end-to-end
- Support engagement and culture initiatives in partnership with the broader OD team
- Influence leadership capability in partnership with the broader OD team
- Champion continuous improvement across HR systems processes and practices
What youll bring:
- 8 years HR experience (ideally generalist or BP) gained in operational or industrial environments
- Strong track record managing complex ER and performance cases end-to-end
- Ability to coach and influence leaders and support change
- Sound judgement resilience and collaboration skills with a pragmatic outcomes-focused approach
