Job Summary

Job Title: Fingerprint and Background Enrollment Agent Wage/Hour Status: Exempt

Reports to: Executive Director of HR Pay Grade: S05E

Dept. /School: Administration Building

Days: 227

Primary Purpose: Fingerprint and complete backgrounds for new applicants. Monitor subscriptions to both state and federal databases. Make District Badges for employees contract personnel and volunteers.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Special Knowledge Skills:

  • Ability to work in various data bases
  • Ability to work with Window Excel Adobe and other computer programs

Experience:

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Fingerprinting

  • Check daily appointment schedule and messages from Morpho Trust.
  • Verify identity person to be printed check for acceptable form of identification verify payment methods.
  • If person is on schedule verify information is correct. If not listed a customer search is required.
  • Verify all information such as citizenship identity make sure answers to personal questions are marked correctly verify personal information.
  • Fingerprint capture photo capture.
  • Payment processing either credit card payment or money order
  • Signature of customer and submit.
  • Print receipts
  • Care for equipment care for lint free towels daily must be taken to be laundered once a week as necessary.
  • Stay in contact with Morpho Trust Regional Supervisor.
  • Monitor background concerns and communicate with appropriate HR director.
  • Monitor rap back reports and communicate with appropriate HR director.

  • Badge Creation and Reprinting

  • Make badges for employees contract personnel or other individuals that are required to have a district badge.
  • Keep information in badge database updated.
  • Issuing proximity badges to staff assigned to areas requiring door access.
  • Order all supplies for badge processing.
  • Any duties assigned by director.
