First Quality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Insights Spring - Summer 2026 Internto support projects and initiatives within the Business Insights group. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience contribute to meaningful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a Business Insights Spring - Summer 2026 Intern you will assist with research analysis and reporting while developing professional skills in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with data collection research and supervised analysis to support the Business Insights group support Absorbent Hygiene and Homecare initiatives
Contribute to the coordination and execution of Market Research projects.
Prepare and maintain Insights datasets and presentations
Support Data Analysis quality checks.
Collaborate with First Quality Marketing team members to achieve project milestones.
Participate in project status updates.
Perform organizational and technical duties as needed.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this internship the Marketing Intern will:
Gain practical experience applying Insights and Market Research to real-world business situations.
Understand Insights industry practices and how they contribute to overall company objectives.
Develop skills in research analysis and problem-solving.
Enhance communication and presentation abilities.
Learn to manage deadlines in a professional setting.
Build confidence in working both independently and as part of a team.
Contribute to initiatives that have measurable impact on the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess the following education/experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing and Data Analytics or related field.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and relevant insights tools.
Ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
