Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from defining role requirements to onboarding and evaluating new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document position and performance profiles for all vacancies.
Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
Coordinate structured interviews assessments and evaluation matrices.
Support hiring managers in making evidence-based recruitment decisions.
Ensure smooth onboarding and monitor probation outcomes.
Continuously improve recruitment processes evaluation tools and methods.
Maintain professional communication with candidates and recruitment partners.
Requirements:
Matric required; tertiary qualification in HR Business or related field preferred.
Minimum 23 years experience in recruitment or HR supervision.
Practical experience using recruitment platforms and evaluation tools.
Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage recruitment processes independently.
