Were constantly evolving and growing now taking on more onsite client partnerships strengthening our reputation as a trusted partner for leading brands. Youll be embedded at a major facility for a leading brand client managing high-volume recruitment operations that make a real impact.
The Role
As an Onsite Talent Partner youll be at the heart of our clients workforce operations bringing together recruitment expertise and hands-on workforce management.
Youll:
- Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: From sourcing and onboarding to contractor care and performance management.
- Manage Workforce Operations: Lead rostering shift fulfillment and day-to-day site logistics.
- Build Client Relationships: Act as the trusted onsite recruitment partner anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
- Ensure Compliance & Efficiency: Maintain payroll VMS health & safety and all operational standards.
- Drive Improvements: Spot opportunities implement solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
About You
- Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments with the ability to keep things moving when it gets busy.
- A natural ability to build relationships and rapport with both candidates and on-site stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills able to manage shifts priorities and last-minute changes without losing track.
- A proactive mindset comfortable jumping in solving problems and improving processes on the go.
- Known for being reliable and consistent with a strong sense of accountability.
