The Role

As an Onsite Talent Partner youll be at the heart of our clients workforce operations bringing together recruitment expertise and hands-on workforce management.

Youll:

Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: From sourcing and onboarding to contractor care and performance management.

Manage Workforce Operations: Lead rostering shift fulfillment and day-to-day site logistics.
Build Client Relationships: Act as the trusted onsite recruitment partner anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
Ensure Compliance & Efficiency: Maintain payroll VMS health & safety and all operational standards.
Drive Improvements: Spot opportunities implement solutions and enhance client satisfaction.

About You

Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments with the ability to keep things moving when it gets busy.
A natural ability to build relationships and rapport with both candidates and on-site stakeholders.
Strong organisation skills able to manage shifts priorities and last-minute changes without losing track.
A proactive mindset comfortable jumping in solving problems and improving processes on the go.
Known for being reliable and consistent with a strong sense of accountability.
