The role (aka what youll actually be doing)
No two days are the same - but youll be right in the middle of it all:
- Be the ultimate organiser coordinating interviews managing the talent inbox and keeping recruitment campaigns running smoothly
- Keep candidates in the loop with clear friendly comms (ghosting is not our vibe)
- Help bring big hiring moments to life from bulk recruitment drives to careers expos
- Keep our systems (hello PageUp) clean accurate and humming
- Get hands-on with improving how we do things - testing systems refining processes and making things better
- Support onboarding so new starters feel like theyve joined something pretty special
Youll thrive here if you:
