THE OPPORTUNITY
Strategic Partnering
As a Senior People Business Partner youll operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across your portfolio whilst leading a small team. Youll bring the full weight of your HR expertise directly to the table: shaping workforce strategy navigating ER matters building leader capability and driving a people agenda that connects to commercial outcomes.
Youll work alongside a second Senior Business Partner sharing insight ensuring consistency and building something genuinely new together.

Strategic Partnering
Advise and challenge senior leaders on people strategy translating business priorities into impactful People Plans.
Capability & Talent
Drive workforce planning succession and targeted capability uplift that future-proofs the organisation.
Employee Relations
Lead complex ER matters with sound judgement performance investigations EA interpretation workplace concerns.
People Analytics
Turn workforce data into meaningful leadership insight and use it to proactively shape decisions.
Org Design & Change
Support restructures role redesign and change management with a commercial and human lens.
People Collaboration
Work hand-in-glove with specialist functions: Talent L&D and Safety for integrated solutions.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
You bring the full package.
10 years of progressive HR experience with substantial time in senior BP or generalist management roles
Proven track record partnering directly with senior and executive leaders
Deep expertise across workforce planning ER performance management and organisational design
Proven experience driving capability uplift programs that connect people to business outcomes
Confident managing complex sensitive matters independently without escalation
Multi-site or multi-jurisdictional experience across ANZ and APAC desirable
Tertiary qualifications in HR Business or a related discipline
High commercial acumen you think like a business leader who happens to be in HR
