AG Direct Hail Insurance Ltd. is a crop hail insurance company serving producers in Alberta Saskatchewan and Manitoba. AG Direct Hail is owned by HUB International Ltd.
AG Direct Hail is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our Leduc office. This full-time seasonal role is ideal for someone who is organized detail-oriented and enjoys learning new things.
As Administrative Assistant your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing administrative and clerical support to insurance team
Handling phone calls and client inquiries with professionalism
Entering and processing data accurately and efficiently
Performing basic calculations and data checks to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum high school completion
Proficient computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and phone etiquette
Knowledge of agriculture or farming is an asset but not required.
