Job Summary
Main duties:
Be responsible for GL Preparation of journals entriesformonth end closing preparedFinancial Report of Hong Kong and AUS
Prepare and reviewBalanceSheet Reconciliationreport
FixedAsset - Oversee preparation and tracking of capex CIP movement report
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly tax filing
Submit theGovernment surveys and questionnaires
Prepare the Intercompany charge data
Statutory audit -Liaise with external auditors Preparation of audit schedules consolidation worksheets RPT etc; Prepare GAAP to STAT report;
Support Internal audit
Support Lucernex of Hong Kong
Ad Hoc tasks
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with a recognized accounting certificate
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
- 5 to 10 years accounting experience gained in MNCs
Proactive and team player
- Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle is a definite advantage but not a must.
- Operates as independent professional and strong communication skills
- Good teamwork spirit and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced oral and written by English language capability.
