China Securities Company Business Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Supports the JPMSC Management in monitoring key issues and opportunities and maintains JPMSC governance committees and forums to ensure they are effective in supporting the legal entity priorities and Local regulatory requirements
• Leads and executes projects required by local regulatory requirements (owned by the JPMSC Management) and business development related projects
• Owns the preparation and production of management updates for JPMSCs business development
• Work closely with various onshore and offshore business managers to support JPMSC
• Work closely with Business Management leads to provide location and legal entity specific guidance and support for business-led initiatives
• Ongoing Identification areas of improvement on JPMSC business and governance landscape

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance / business management related field or similar in leading financial institutions
• Possess good understanding of China Financial Markets and regulations
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to tailor a message to various levels of management
• Strong aptitude to work with a wide range of line of businesses and functions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated individual with excellent time management & organizational skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills flexible and capable of engaging various functions locations and businesses
