Job Summary
Our Associates are required to proactively keep bankers on track and help them balance business development and client Associate Banker will thoroughly understand back-office support and operations build leadership and sales acumen and learn relationship and deal strategy. The Associate Banker will develop a deep working knowledge of our solutions including but not limited to: Credit Treasury Services International Banking Syndicated Finance Commercial Card and Chase Paymentech Solutions.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Three years direct lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage prioritize work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
Preferred Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree and formal credit training preferred
- Sales managementbusiness development skills proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong in finding creative solutionsproblem solving abilities flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Excellent business judgmentstrategic thinking self-directed proactive and creative
