What this role is all about:

The Commercial Relationship Manager supports Beems vision of promoting financial wellness by developing long-term relationships with members proactivelyidentifyingand fulfilling their commercial credit needs and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. This role focuses on portfolio growth risk management and delivering exceptional member experiences through effective communication and tailored solutions.

What youll do:

Portfolio Management

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts ensuring compliance and credit quality.
• Monitor account performance and implement strategies to mitigate risk.
• Ensuretimelyexecution of transactions and adherence to Beems credit framework.

Business Development

• Proactivelycalllocal business owners to growtheir portfolioand expandtheir network.
• Identifyand pursue internal referral opportunities and external business prospects.
• Promote Beems lending products and deposit services to meet member needs.

Credit & Risk Management

• Collect and analyze financial information operating cycles and cash flow to assess creditworthiness.
• Maintain and grow the credit quality of the assigned portfolio while managing risk throughcollectionsactivity.
• Ensure compliance with Beems credit and risk policies.

Relationship Management

• Build strong loyal relationships with members by providing tailored financial solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet member needs.

What youll bring:

• Bachelors Degree or diploma in Business Finance or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending.
• Working knowledge of small business and commercial credit adjudication.
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills.
• Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $92200 to $115200
