Whats the role

Were looking for an Agile Coach who is passionate about influencing and creating meaningful culture change and enabling teams and leaders to plan prioritise and deliver work effectively at scale.

This role is centred on people shared understanding and outcomes. Youll work closely with senior IT leaders and delivery teams. Together youll bring diverse domain perspectives into clear portfolio level insights. This improves transparency and enables better decision making. Youll also embed agile and lean thinking in ways that are practical supportive and sustainable allowing teams to evolve their ways of working without rigid one size fits all models.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Own portfolio demand and delivery by managing and prioritising the backlog with a trusted view of work.
  • Set and evolve portfolio direction applying portfolio principles to meet changing business needs.
  • Define outcome and flow metrics with leaders to support performance learning and decision-making.
  • Embed agile and lean ways of working by coaching and supporting teams and leaders in practical context-led adoption.
  • Build an inclusive improvement-focused culture through safe experimentation tool-agnostic processes and customer journey/insight initiatives.

What do I need

  • A pragmatic peoplecentred agile mindset that is adaptable curious and outcomesfocused.
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills across diverse stakeholders on all levels.
  • Ability to create consensus in a varied environment focusing on the goal that needs to be achieved.
  • Experience leading through influence and coaching teams and leaders through change.
  • A data informed approach to portfolio insights and decision making.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence Power BI or EazyBI as enablers not gatekeepers.
  • Ability to train mentor and coach at all levels.
  • A genuine interest in learning growth and uplifting others.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with handson delivery and execution.
