Job Summary
As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue you will lead the successful delivery of high-quality digital products across mobile and web partnering closely with cross-functional teams and clients. You will play a key role in shaping delivery approaches driving alignment and ensuring outcomes are delivered predictably in a fast-paced consulting environment.
This role is suited to someone with strong hands-on experience in agile delivery who can confidently guide teams influence stakeholders and bring clarity to complex digital initiatives. You will balance structure with adaptability enabling teams to maintain momentum while delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including stand ups sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives ensuring they are effective and outcome-focused
- Own end-to-end delivery across digital products spanning web and mobile platforms within a consulting context
- Apply and adapt agile and scrum practices to suit client environments promoting consistent and predictable delivery
- Proactively manage delivery risks dependencies and milestones escalating and resolving issues early
- Coordinate QA UAT and release activities to ensure smooth high-quality deployments
- Translate product vision and roadmaps into clear actionable delivery plans using agile or hybrid methodologies
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders providing clear communication on progress risks and trade-offs
- Maintain high standards of delivery governance and hygiene across tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Mentor and support team members contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Contribute to shaping delivery practices within Bilue helping evolve ways of working across teams and clients
Qualifications :
You are a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in complex high-stakes digital transformation environments. You bring a sophisticated people-first leadership style and a strong sense of accountability ensuring high-performing teams remain empowered resilient and focused on delivering strategic outcomes.
Rather than simply introducing structure you design lean effective delivery ecosystems that reduce friction accelerate momentum and connect technical execution to tangible business value.
- Expert-Level Experience: 8 years leading the delivery of complex digital products with a proven track record in fast-paced consultancy or agency environments.
- Full-Spectrum Digital Delivery: Deep expertise managing the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale web and mobile applications from discovery through to post-launch optimisation.
- Methodology Mastery: Advanced practitioner across Agile Scrum and Kanban with the ability to tailor and hybridise frameworks to suit client needs and team dynamics.
- Strategic Release Management: Strong understanding of CI/CD QA and complex release work streams including experience navigating App Store and Play Store ecosystems.
- Senior Stakeholder Influence: Highly effective communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders navigate competing priorities and provide clear data-driven delivery insights.
- Operational Excellence: Expert user of Jira Confluence and reporting tools maintaining high standards of delivery hygiene and visibility across teams and clients.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Experienced in coaching and developing delivery practitioners fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying systemic risks and blockers approaching challenges with a calm analytical and outcome-focused mindset.
