What you will be doing in this role

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager in this full-time hands-on role youll be responsible for managing stock and consumables across the Sydney Adventist Hospital campus. Youll ensure deliveries are received accurately and distributed promptly to the correct departments helping clinical teams maintain the supplies they need to deliver exceptional patient care. Youll use ERP systems to track inventory respond to daily requests and maintain clean organised storage areas. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency youll play a key part in keeping our hospital operations running smoothly.

Were looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team player with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident working independently to meet deadlines.

• Youll bring excellent communication skills a good understanding of infection control principles (or be willing to learn) and a strong grasp of numbers and inventory processes.
• Ideally youll have experience in a hospital stores function or a highly regulated supply chain setting and have strong computer literary with ERP software using ERP systems like JDE Oracle or SAP.
• A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain within first few months of employment a Certificate III in Warehousing & Distribution is desirable but not essential.
