We are looking for
QMS Manager
at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Ukraine Kamianets-Podilskyi
Your tasks
Lead maintain and continuously improve the IATF 16949 Quality Management System
Ensure full compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSRs) and regulatory standards
Act asthe main contact for certification bodies and external auditors
Drive implementation and effective use ofAutomotive Core Tools (APQP PPAP FMEA SPC MSA)
Promote risk-based thinking across all processes and proactively identify potential failures
Monitor and manage KPIs ensuring data-driven decision-making
Lead internal and external audits including supplier quality assessments
Ensure process alignment across departments using aprocess-oriented approach
Support problem-solving activities using methodologies such as8D and 5-Why
Build and lead ahigh-performing quality team with strong engagement and accountability
Ensure ethical standards inquality decisions including authority tostop production ifrequired
Job requirements
Experience Minimum 5 years ofexperience inasimilar QMS leadership role within the automotive industry
Proven experience managing IATF 16949 certification and audits
Experience working directly with certification bodies and inspectors
Hard Skills & Certifications
IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certification (mandatory)
Strong expertise inAutomotive Core Tools:
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
FMEA (AIAG-VDA harmonized approach)
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)
Knowledge ofCustomer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
Strong problem-solving skills (8D 5-Why)
VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification preferred
Fluent English (mandatory)
