As Key Account Manager ESS - Ukraine you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Energy Storage business in a fast-growing and strategically important market. Acting as the trusted partner for our customers you will connect their needs with our cutting-edge ESS solutions and help drive the energy transition forward.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage key ESS customers and projects across the Ukrainian market
- Act as the main interface between customers and internal technical service and operations teams
- Collect structure and translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical solutions
- Monitor and analyze competitor solutions pricing and go-to-market strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasts market insights and structured reporting
- Achieve annual sales targets and actively contribute to building local market share
- Represent Sungrow at national and international trade fairs congresses and customer events
Your profile

To feel confident successful and happy in this role long-term your background should look very much like this:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering Engineering Business Administration Economics or a comparable field with a strong affinity for electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in technical sales business development project development or project management ideally within the ESS solar or renewable energy sector
- Solid understanding of energy storage systems photovoltaics inverters and BOS combined with a strong commercial mindset
- Ukrainian and English language skills at minimum B2 level according to CEFR; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus
- Confident user of MS Office tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis (around 50%)
