ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for drawing project scopes and details using estimation software.
Provides the required up-to-date copies of drawings and specifications to subcontractors.
Assists the Project Manager with all phases of any given project.
Initiates product purchases and ensures that project materials have arrived before the start date in coordination with the purchasing department.
Issues tracks and responds to RFIs in an efficient and timely manner.
Serves as a backup to the Project Manager and participates directly in Project Management initiatives in their absence.
Ensures comprehensive project documentation by filing notes documents and project-related emails.
Helps with any administrative overflow as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Construction or management-related education preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
