Job Summary
A welcoming and wonderful secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision from September. The Role
The school is looking for an organised and compassionate SENCO who can lead SEND provision effectively while working closely with staff families and external agencies.
Key responsibilities of the SENCO include:
Leading and managing SEND provision across the school
Overseeing and reviewing EHCPs and support plans
Coordinating interventions and monitoring student progress
Supporting staff with inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation
Liaising with parents carers and external professionals
Ensuring compliance with SEND legislation and school policies

Hold QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or be willing to complete it)
