What Youll Do

Teach and assess learners across a range of Business Finance programmes from T Level Accounting to T Level Business Management

Deliver engaging industry-relevant lessons that develop commercial awareness and financial understanding
Support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment apprenticeships or higher education
Use practical and creative teaching approaches to make Business & Finance relevant to real-world contexts
Maintain high standards of safeguarding professionalism and learner wellbeing
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
Contribute to curriculum development and help create an inspiring learning environment

What Youll Bring

A relevant qualification in Business Finance or Business Accounting or a related subject (Level 3 or above)
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
Experience working within Business Finance and/or Business Accounting or supporting learners in education or training
A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success
A level 4 teaching qualification or above is welcomed but if you dont have one yet well support you to achieve it while you work
