Job Summary

INFIPACK is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Manager to handle daily showroom operations and drive sales of packaging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing walk-in customers handling inquiries and ensuring smooth and efficient showroom functioning.

Key Responsibilities Showroom Operations

Manage day-to-day showroom activities and ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness organization and visual merchandising standards

Sales & Customer Handling

Attend to walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

Order Management

Handle customer inquiries prepare quotations and process orders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Inventory & Records

Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
Monitor stock levels and report requirements

Candidate Requirements

Gender: Male or Female
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and customer handling skills
Languages: Tamil (mandatory)
Ability to manage the showroom independently

Working Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Preferred Background

Prior experience in retail/showroom sales or packaging products is an added advantage
