Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and handling niche hiring requirements especially in finance-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle hiring for Finance roles including CA CS Auditing Taxation and other niche requirements
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions on time
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners
Ensure smooth stakeholder communication and regular updates on hiring status
Maintain quality of profiles and ensure timely closures

Requirements:

4 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong experience in hiring for finance and niche roles
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in vendor management
Open to work on a 6-month contract
Immediate joiners preferred
Graduation is mandatory

Compensation:

Maximum CTC up to 8.5 LPA
