We are looking for dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiters with end-to-end recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills stakeholder management abilities and a stable career background.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals social media and networking
Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Stable career history is preferred
Experience & Compensation:
Junior IT Recruiter:
Experience: 1.5 2 years
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA
Senior IT Recruiter:
Experience: 3 years
CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with ATS tools
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
