Key Responsibilities -
Source candidates through job portals (Dice Monster Indeed) LinkedIn and internal databases

Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication technical skills and work eligibility

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
-
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates
-
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelor s degree (any field)

0 2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing

Good understanding of IT roles ( QA DevOps etc.) is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

Quick learner with a proactive attitude
