Job Summary

Position Overview & Job Responsibilities:

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment identifying schedules scopes and implementation plans including risk mitigation

Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose direction and motivation

Develop detailed project plans to track progress

Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

Analyze project status and when necessary revise the scope and schedule to ensure that project requirements can be met

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of

Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives

Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques

Education and Work Experience:

3 years of experience in project management preferably in IT or software development environments

Experience with Smartsheet (tool of record) and Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence) preferred

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Proficiency in project management tools with a familiarity with Smartsheet and Atlassian suite (Jira Confluence) preferred

Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid approaches

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present project updates to leadership

Ability to identify risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies

Team-oriented with a collaborative and positive approach to working with others

Strong time management and prioritization skills aligned with business needs

Typical Physical Demands:

Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time occasional stooping and reaching; May require lifting-up to 25 pounds; requires normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
