Job Summary
hybrid (3 days onsite Deerfield Beach FL 2 days remote) Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations monitoring observability or platform operations within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows system administration including troubleshooting configuration and deployment of monitoring/management agents
- Strong expertise in enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as:
- SolarWinds
- Datadog
- Dynatrace
- Solid understanding of monitoring concepts including alerting strategies dashboard creation signal quality and noise reduction
- Foundational networking knowledge including:
- SNMP
- Network monitoring concepts
- LAN/WAN fundamentals
- Firewalls and telemetry collection
- Ability to support network-centric monitoring platforms
- Experience or exposure to observability platforms and practices including metrics logs and traces
- Exposure to cloud environments preferably:
- Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring logging telemetry and integrations
- Basic understanding of incident and event management processes including alert triage escalation and coordination with operations teams
- Experience working in modern Dev workflows including:
- GitHub (branches pull requests code reviews)
- CI/CD pipelines for managing monitoring scripts and automation
- Working knowledge of scripting languages such as:
- PowerShell
- Python
- Bash
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across platform operations security and stakeholder teams
