Job Summary
Job Title: UI Configuration Specialist
Location: Tampa FL
Work Type: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract to Hire (Duration: 12/31/2026)
Rate: $50/hr on W2
Need some sort of low code/no code - SmartSuite #1 Archer or something else #2 (His team has had people from Archer BGs easily learn SmartSuite but doesnt have to be archer)
Notes:
- SmartSuite implemented - other teams want to utilize it need support
- Need support on development and platform usage
- Looking for someone with SmartSuite or any low code/no code experience
- Tampa-based (or willing to be)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI Configuration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with low-code/no-code platforms like SmartSuite Archer Process Unity and possess a basic understanding of Snowflake SQL and Python. This role involves configuring user interfaces to meet business requirements and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize user interfaces using low-code/no-code platforms like SmartSuite Archer Process Unity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into UI configurations
- Ensure data integration with Snowflake and perform basic SQL queries
- Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues
- Maintain documentation for UI configurations and processes
- Support platform development workflows and UI configuration
- Design and build apps not just configure fields
Required Skills:
- SmartSuite or other low code/no code platform development
- Workflow and UI configuration experience (real hands on)
- Python for ETL / data integration
- SQL for pulling and validating data
- Ability to design/build apps
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like SmartSuite Archer Process Unity
- Basic understanding of Snowflake SQL and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Direct SmartSuite experience
- Snowflake
- Archer / GRC background
- Experience supporting platform adoption across teams
- Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes
