Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Business Operations Leader to drive the strategy performance and support of our Oracle ecosystem. This role will lead the Application Management Services (AMS) team managing both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical/functional expertise with a focus on customer engagement acting as the bridge between IT capabilities and business objectives to ensure system stability innovation and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. AMS Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead mentor and manage a high-performing global/offshore AMS team supporting Oracle EBS (R12).
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident management system uptime and resolution times.
- Oversee system maintenance patching upgrades and change management processes for both legacy and cloud instances.
- Drive operational excellence through ITSM best practices automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Oracle Cloud & EBS Strategy
- Develop strategies to optimize performance and adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP HCM SCM).
- Manage the coexistence integration and eventual migration paths from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
- Ensure technical stability of integrations reports and data pipelines between Oracle and ancillary systems.
3. Customer Engagement & IT Leadership
- Act as the primary IT partner to business stakeholders (Finance HR Supply Chain) to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead customer success engagement ensuring high user satisfaction training and effective communication of system changes.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on system performance project status and ROI.
4. Project & Governance
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects and enhancement cycles (SDLC).
- Enforce compliance security and data integrity standards across all Oracle environments.
Required Qualifications
