Role Description:
- 10 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in managing ServiceNow projects.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks issues and changes to ensure successful delivery Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to report on project status risks and issues.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Facilitating Agile Ceremonies
- User-story grooming Product Backlog Refinement o Sprint Planning Understanding Teams Capacity Sprint Backlog Grooming Scope Finalization based on capacity.
- Estimation Story-point T-Shirt Sizing Estimation using Planning Poker o Supporting Sprint Execution Team Sunc Daily Scrum Daily Stand-up Meeting Sprint Review Sprint Retrospectives Improve the teams flow of work eliminating bottlenecks delays and waste Establish the team Kanban Sprint board to visualize their work and enhance flow.
- Measure and optimize flow Help the team establish metrics to assess and improve its overall performance Prepare Burn-down Charts Calculate Teams Velocity Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills both technical and non-technical
Required Skills :
- 10 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in managing ServiceNow projects.
